"Love Mollies! I always stay here when visiting Bristol. The hotel is spotless, handy for coming off the M5, staff are friendly, the food in the diner is amazing and the in room amenities are second to none! Highly recommend it!"

"The hotel was clean, check in easy, location was good (walkable). The biggest downside for the rating, air conditioning not worker for the 2 nights (room very stuffy), a small plan was provided."

"Staff friendly and helpful on Check in , the rooms and bathrooms definitely need updating which didn’t include breakfast so was quite steep for one night . No air con so it was really hot in the rooms .
It was a good location , no complaints there but I think the room fee was too much considering how much they need modernising ."

"Excellent breakfast good choice and very friendly breakfast team. The team deserve a special mention. However on check in the room was not ready and we were kept waiting until another team member just moved us to a room that was ready (not sure why original member of staff didn’t do that) which would have avoided the unnecessary and frustrating wait after a long journey."
