Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Humorous furniture and room keys. NBA semifinals easily found on TV. Lovely hot water temperature. Comfortable bed. Easy to use thermostat. "I wish I stayed another day if I had the time I would have. I had a small corner room. It’s kind of tiny, but it was fine. The shower was probably the best part and the bed was very comfortable. No complaints. everything was great. I wasn’t unable to use the amenities because of my schedule and I was there for a business trip but dinner was superb. The cocktails were perfect. My meal was perfect. honestly I would definitely fly back there just to eat at the restaurant."

"Restaurant, park, housekeeping staff was great. Room was nice. Front desk, poor. I needed to leave early, tried to check out 2 hours after checkout. ZERO refund. ZERO openness to a conversation, I witnessed equally unhelpful impolite behavior with the 2 guests in front of me. This woman just had to be right and have it her way. Because I paid directly to the hotel and not Expedia, nothing they could do… note to others. Nice enough place, but the front desk experience sealed it for me. ...

"The worst DoubleTree hotel. It is more likely an Inn. Stayed there for two nights during the weekend. The bar wasn't even open. No room service at the evening shift. They didn't provide blankets for the pullout sofa bed. Hotel carpet was dirty."
