"This was a horrible experience. Booked a two night stay in a non-smoking double bed room because I had two children with me. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was changed to a smoking queen bedroom, I accepted due to it being late at night. The room was DISGUSTING with stained sheets and it REEKED. "I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor. There was an empty toilet paper roll on the holder, and the sink was clogged. I...

"Rooms were not as advertised."

"We booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia and when we showed up to the property, and went to our rooms, they were very dirty. There were stains on the bed, debris on the carpet and damage to the furniture. We were not comfortable staying there and left. We booked at a different hotel and stayed there. We contacted Expedia for a refund (we took video of the room) and have not heard back. They said that the manager of the hotel was not there."

"There was supposed to be a refrigerator in the room and there was nothing, not even a coffee pot. Half the outlets didn't work, the bed lights didn't work, there was no ice machine, no remote for the TV and they are infested with roaches! We went to the front desk twice and noone was ever there."

"For the most part the property was fine, the big drawback is there were no elevators working. I'm 80 years old had both days replaced and hace a pacemaker, I had to walk up a flight of stairs. Not good for me."
