"I wouldn’t recommend staying at SO/ Paris Hotel. It’s simply not worth the money. The staff attitude felt unwelcoming, and the way they hold large amounts for “incidentals” without clearly explaining it upfront is just bad business—you feel overcharged and misled.
The rooms are small, with almost no privacy, and the layout is poorly thought out—no proper sink next to the toilet or even a bidet, which you’d expect in France. We even paid extra for a “view,” and it was minimal at best, honestly...

"We prepaid 10 days at the hotel (no refund option). We thought a 5 star by the opera house would be a great home base. The hotel had a boutique lobby feel. We booked a larger room with a view. The room they put us in was a nice layout with a private walk in closet, separate large toilet rm and separate rm with sink and tub. "Hotellet har perfekt beliggenhet. Mann kan gå til alle attraksjoner. Enkelt å finne frem. Det har vakker fasade og mer Paris kan det ikke bli. Rommene er gamle men delikate. Senga var veldig god. Til tross for by beliggenhet var det stille og rolig følte vi.
Baderomsartiklene var så luksus.
Betjeningen er hjelpsom og hyggelig.
Frokosten er typisk lett fransk. Gode pålegger, oster og frukter. Litt skuffet over kvaliteten på croissantene. Kaffen kunne hatt litt bedre kvalitet.
