"We had a very warm welcome which made us feel very special. The staff was very courteous and was always ready to help. Hasan and the young lady who were at the desk leading to the Indian cuisine dining room were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast . Keep up the good work!"

"Hotel is fine, all the staff should be fired, they are lost in completing with the west! Not possible."

"Manpreet at Front Desk started"

"Great buffet Helpful and friendly staff Only suggestion would be to have higher toilet seats"

"Hospitality, location, condition of property, restaurants, food and amenities are top notch. When we checked into our room it had a bit of a musky smell. We asked to be moved. Then there was another issue at the lounge which was included in our stay. The duty manager, Jyoti, was really helpful and took care of both the issues promptly. Small issues can happen anywhere but it’s the response to take care of them that sets a great hotel apart."

"The location is awesome. Their pool is nice. The breakfast at Zing (? The in house restaurant. Not sure. ) was good. Their check in time of 12 noon works soo well The staff was lovely But The room size and view for the price was underwhelming. Their mini bar was WAY overpriced. Their shower head fixture (despite being a premium brand ) wouldn’t hold in position. Loook for better alternatives in the same price range regardless of the location"

"Staff were very courteous. Room was spacious and clean."
