"Although our experience was wonderful and most of it due to the staff. There are some areas of improvement. For example the AC was not cold at all, even after having it blasting on the max setting for hours. We ordered room service on night and the food was not tasty and it was expensive. Word of advice DONT order room service, better just walk and hit any of the nearby restaurants, better prices and wayyyy tastier food. "

Everything was spectacular concierge, Reception, Dining options, And the shuttle to downtown The breakfast buffet was one of the best of experience in a very long time, Lots of options to choose from my niece is vegetarian, and she was very satisfied The rooms are amazing. The showers and the bed made it impossible for you to want to even leave your room. I was very surprised at how great the hotel was because some reviews...
