"We really enjoyed our stay at the Kowloon Shangri-La hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, love the breakfast buffet and the horizon club amenities. There were plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Walking distance to the subway station. The harbor view from our room is amazing. "The hotel is well design in the past. Already bit old for bathroom and the mattress need replacement. So far not too expensive compared to others in the area. For value worth still just slightly below the expectation. Housekeeping need improvement but the concierge is very experienced and helpful"
