The Troy Mediterranean restaurant was great as was the Kahani restaurant, Ezekie was a great host as was the chef Vivek. The Hotel is very close to Village Market , which you can walk to - well worth a visit and would recommend this Hotel. My wife had fallen ill and the reception staff were very helpful and comforting. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars. The staff - 10 stars out of 5. Very (super) friendly and helpful and came through on every request. The only minor squawk I would give the hotel is that the bar on the first floor could do with an update...

"This is a glorious place to stay when in Nairobi. It’s just a tranquil oasis with incredibly friendly staff, amazing food (we’re vegetarians), and astonishingly spacious comfortable rooms. We had a huge balcony which overlooked beautiful trees and were woken up by bird song every morning. The facilities are great - swimming pool, health club, etc. But it is the staff that make us feel so welcome and at home… Samson at reception was especially thoughtful and engaging and I had great conversations...
