"Hotel is not the newest but is reasonably maintained and kept clean. The location with sandy access to the sea and coral reefs just offshore is superb. Sunbeds were never a problem. Unlike many similar hotels the food is actually very hot from the Bain Marie’s - there are also hot plate, BBQ and Pasta freshly cooked stations giving a great selection of food to choose from; as common to Egyptian hotels the fruit selection is limited, but there is plenty of what there is. "Tout était parfait de la réception à la prise de chambre au service restauration du petit-déjeuner au dîner.
Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et complet. au point que nous tenions jusqu'au soir pour profiter du buffet à volonté ou du restaurant italien qui reste à des prix abordables.
Les barres de plage sont nombreux mais il manque d'expérience dans les cocktails.
Le service de chambre est excellent, d'ailleurs j'en profite pour dire remercier Mr Gamal qui prenait grand soin de notre chambre...

"Rooms are renovated, well maintained and kept clean all the time.
Staff is very helpful except for the overwhelmed staff at check-in maybe due to Eid vacation rush. However generally the staff was very helpful.
Breakfast has wide variety and superb quality. Everything is good except for the coffee in terms of quality and accessibility.
Facilities are well maintained, however more entertainment is needed by the beach side."

"The food is really really really bad in quality, I had my daughter with me and I was honestly concerned of what I should pick for her to eat. The rest of the hotel is good but I won’t go again as the food is way way way beyond the standard and I am not a fancy eater at all"
