"Spent 7 nights at the Sheraton, room was nice, clean, comfortable with good aircon and a ceiling fan.
Island 619 breakfast and dinner buffets were good, but birds at breakfast time are a huge issue. We observed birds standing in the food and eating directly from the buffet daily and the staff did not seem to care or do much about it. Dont walk away from your plate, the birds will beat you back to the table!
Spent most of our time at the Wet Edge bar and pool which was nicer and quieter than...

"The Hilton is very run down. Construction happening throughout the complex and outside. Our garden view was of the busy main walk way and construction site. The entry is very small. Some Staff are not the friendliest compared other 5 star resorts on the island. 2 of the pools looked like swamps with lots of leaves in the afternoon. The adult breakfast was average. "Paradise on Earth! The pool was clean and relaxing. Our room was cleaned beautifully daily. Views from the restaurants (especially at sunset) were to die for! "Amazing staff, grounds, buffets, and villas. Our trip and experience had some bumps in the beginning, as the parts of the property and rooms are under construction (due to be completed in October 2026). The staff went above and beyond to make it right, and blew us away with their Fijian hospitality that knows no equal. Our stay was magical a filled with memories we will carry with us forever."
