"Excellent location, VERY clean and well kept. Staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"For a property that claims to be a 4 star I was shocked to find that I have been allocated a single room in the basement with no windows. I had booked a twin room. The check in clerk could care less but his colleague was helpful to resolve it."

"Beautiful room with high ceilings and a nice balcony for enjoying the street sights. The concierge upgraded us to one of their nicest rooms and we were highly impressed with the gesture. Bathroom was really clean. The only negative with all of these older hotels is the carpeting. It seems virtually impossible to keep it looking clean (hence why I always choose to travel with my own slippers in case none are provided). But the history and beauty of these historic buildings makes that part...

"Great place! Spacious, great location, friendly attentive staff. Only suggestions - amenities were sparse. Had to ask for soap and tissue. Also 2 days in 1 of the rooms was getting a horrible smoke smell like someone was smoking in a nearby unit and it was coming through the vents. Told staff they didnt help wit the issue. Once they left the window wide open letting in bugs and we told them again as we left, the new owner rep brushed it off. "

"Trevlig lägenhet som tyvärr är synnerligen lyhörd. Det kändes som om grannarna över oss kom in i vårt rum när de gick in i sitt. Obehagligt."

"The property was very nice and clean.. My only issue i have is why i paid £85 cleaning fee but i had to do my own cleaning.."
