Also 2 days in 1 of the rooms was getting a horrible smoke smell like someone was smoking in a nearby unit and it was coming through the vents. Told staff they didnt help wit the issue. Once they left the window wide open letting in bugs and we told them again as we left, the new owner rep brushed it off. "
