"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

"We had a beautiful room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. Breakfasts could be had in your room or the restaurant. There was yoghurt with homemade fruit compote, fruit salad, and delicious rolls and pastries."

Chambre sans USB (rénovation récente), assortiment minibar (aucune volonté de consommer local ou alcool), chambre de repos dans le SPA avec un seul siège mais une cascade décorative à la place. Menu restaurant intéressant mais le chef ne fait que de la mise en place devant nous. Malgré le nombre de chambres, erreurs dans la commande au petit-déjeune.
