We were celebrating our anniversary, and Melissa at the front desk went above and beyond — we arrived to find champagne, roses, and chocolates waiting in our room. We were also treated to complimentary drinks at the W Lounge, which was such a lovely touch. The entire team, from the bell staff to housekeeping to the concierge, was exceptionally hospitable and courteous. Thank you for making our anniversary so special and memorable! "

"Just unreal. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were so kind, accommodating and knowledgable. The hotel is pristine. Not only are the interiors beautiful but the beds are ridiculously comfortable. Location wise you are in the heart of things so nothing is too far to cycle or walk. Plus the tram is right there should you want to whizz about on that. 10/10. We couldn’t thank the Rosewood enough for a birthday stay we won’t forget. "
