"Staff is excellent and genuinely attentive and seeing to make experience as comfortable as possible. The decor is fine luxury and buffet as array of options and great choices ! The only thing I would say is the gym. It lacks a designated area to place a floor mat to stretch (there is room but tight) as it’s shared with all the treadmills and weight machines . View is great though!"

"Overall room was clean but the bathroom can use some cleaning. Breakfast needs some variations daily, we. Stayed for 6 days. For a 5 star hotel, there should be more amenities like shower cap; hair tie; q tips etc. Overall stay was pleasant. "

"Nice to have rooms available whete tpu can open door to balcony, very quiet area even with door open. For those without children the lack of screaming and yelling was welcome peace. Staff very supportive and assisted getting ring mailed within Taiwan that was left behind."

"Absolutely incredible experience, extremely friendly and helpful staff! The room was amazing, with the view of the mountain and the private spring bath. The staff were next level, so kind, ready to help and always ready! It was so appreciated! We also had massages, which were the best deep tissue massages we’ve had! The food at the Chinese restaurant was delicious and they even made modifications for my vegan partner."

"wonderful stay. a very popular hotel linked to the airport express. it has an in house hot spring but i did not get to try.. probably next time."
