"We booked this stay for our wedding week, the property of course is a luxury itself. The morning breakfast and pool were the 2 best parts, it’s very private and exclusive to the guests. "Very disappointing experience. We left important clothing for dry cleaning during our stay, but it was delayed, and at checkout we were told it still wasn’t ready. We had already left for Milan , so now we don’t know when we’ll get our clothes back. A huge inconvenience, especially when you’re travelling. Rooms are very small . "A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom...
