"The room was extremely small and the sofa bed had stains on it. Otherwise the room was very clean. The location was fantastic, but super noisy. We could hear other guests above us, next door and the traffic from the street. Kitchen was great, but very little room for 4 people."

"This is a charming, new hotel. As long as stairs are not a problem for you this is a great place to explore London from the West Side. It is walkable to the Thames and bus stops were everywhere. There is a charming pub on the first floor and the staff is all friendly and helpful. The decor is lovely and I was very happy with my stay!"
