"Great, stylish property in a central downtown neighborhood. Comfortable, well-designed & appointed rooms. Excellent restaurant/bar on site. Hotel’s reception is found in a spacious lounge-bar area that doubles as a workspace & comfy social gathering spot during the day. Plenty of street (metered) parking available in addition to paid lots. Close to perfect…wish I could have stayed longer!"

"The staff at the check in desk were so very helpful with arranging rooms closer together for my friend and I. They did it all with great humor. They answered all our questions about Uber, restaurants near the Civic Center, and helped me get signed into WiFi. The room was so spacious and clean and the bathroom was huge. One suggestion I have is to put grab bars in the shower, especially for those of us who aren’t as agile as we used to be. "
"The staff was super friendly. The pool was a little chilly, so we didn’t stay long. The breakfast was great, the bed was very comfortable. The proximity to the Iowa Event Center was amazing. The parking was big big enough for our big pickup. "

"Our check in went great but when we arrived at our room the door was propped open by the deadbolt. The man at the counter came down and fixed it immediately. Then, when we complained that the dog next door was continuously barking, he gave us a different room. Bed was very comfortable and the rest of our stay was great. We will definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is not even a year old, so very nice and clean. Very nice breakfast area. Rooms were suppose to be ready at 3 pm for check in. We arrived about 4 pm and outside our room on the hallway floor was a lot of trash on the carpet as the maid had went to get a vacuum. That should have all been done by 3 pm or if the hotel knew she was working on floor 3 then put us on a different floor. That was our only bad impression, the room was fine. "
