Walked over to the lamp on the desk to turn it on, but also didn't work. The bed (right side) was so sunk in the middle we felt like we were falling into each other. I tried toccall and ask for a late checkout this morning but the phone wasn't working either. Maybe it would if it had a cord attached. Worst stay at this chain ever. I picked this one...

"The Bellhop greeted us the minute we parked, unloaded our luggage and took it up to our room. He went above and beyond laying out our luggage and telling us all about our room. He was wonderful.
