"Location is ideal if you are attending any sporting events as it is on the border of AAMI park with easy access to Rod Laver arena and beyond. Richmond and all the bars and restaurants is just a corner away. I was very happy with the location. There is some road noise at night but nothing that limits your sleeping."

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. "The room was very modern but they have chosen form over function in the bathroom. The sink is just a slab without a bowl. This causes water to splash on clothing especially during shaving or cleaning teeth. The partitions doors were broken. The lift would not go up to the pool area unless you 1st went down to the ground floor and the ability to cast from your device to the tv did not work due to slow wifi but the in-house netflix did work after a period of buffering."
