"We stayed 5/29 and checked out 5/31, there was no hot water the whole time during our stay so showering was not possible unless you like 70 degree water which is basically your supply temp in Florida. Staff couldn't help said talk to management. Laundry area had no lights by equipment, room safe didn't work, and thermostat on wall in room didn't work which created its own issues. I really have issues with the no hot water this isn't a home away from home stay with that and temp control in room...

"Of course the pool was closed the entire stay! Rooms extremely outdated (ex: rusty lamps). Breakfast terrible (stale bread, questionable eggs & watered down coffee. On the bright side… No bedbugs, no mildew, no junkies in vicinity, and an overall peaceful atmosphere to lay your head."

"Natalie at the front desk was wonderful. She escorted me part of the way in the evening to the fantastic outdoor restaurant across the parking lot which had a minature golf course. The hotel shuttle picked me up from the airport and shuttle me back for my departure flight. All were gracious and helpful! The only bleep was the air conditioner wasn't working in the hallway to the rooms the night of my stay. Loved this place though."

"La cocina no contaba con ningún cubierto, plato ni taza, mucho menos sartén o caldero para cocinar o calentar algo. La presión del agua en el baño no era buena. Las camas parece que se van a caer porque son metálicas y se mueven mucho y hacen mucho sonido. Por lo demás se ve que la propiedad está recién remodelada y está limpia. El personal muy indiferente."

"Two different nights during my day of two weeks having power failure overnight had no power in my fridge, wind up, slamming my head on the freezer when having to move my stuff from one hotel room to another to a different fridge in freezer so I wouldn’t lose my food. This is after overnight no power in my fridge. I get the worst treatment by management no accommodation no compassion for me getting a head injury on their property and having no power in half of my suite, almost losing all my food...

"We enjoyed our stay from the moment we got there. Missiana checked us in and was so helpful and friendly. She acknowledged me with a smile and warm greeting as soon as I walked in. She made it a very smooth check in and we were in our room on just a few minutes. Shortly after checking in I got a text from her at the front desk checking in to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. We requested additional pillows and received them soon after.
