"Receptionist is the best! Clean and beautiful room"

"Hôtel un peu excentré et calme .. Excellent petit déjeuner .."

"Needed trash cans on the floors. Maybe in the ice room?"

"Booked a room for two nights on the weekend. The bathroom placard regarding towels instructed guests to leave used towels and washcloths on the floor for replacement. Following those instructions, we left two hand towels and washcloths out in the morning and kept the unused ones for later use. When we returned that evening, they were still not collected and lying on the on the floor inside the room. The front desk informed us that no housekeeping service is provided for two-night stays and that...

"The staff was nice and professional especially Angelo, room service was great, breakfast was delicious, location was amazing."

"Excelente , habitaciones personal alimentación , lo súper recomiendo"

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My only complaint is that the room had a safe instead of a microwave. It would have been nice to have a microwave available for guests who bring back leftovers or snacks and need a way to reheat them."

"Good"

"Location was a plus. Very unique."

"The room had a very strong pine cleaner smell. It was clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were small squares. Our heads kept falling off them."

"My cousin and I had an excellent time. The property was located in a good position. We loved the breakfast. And beds were so soft and comfortable. And all of the staff were wonderful."

"The hotel was fairly clean, and the facilities were quite good. However, there was no microwave in the room"

"Room comfortable and location can’t be beat. It right across from Niagara Falls park. The neighborhood is sketchy and the parking lot has no lighting so we were a little worried about the rental car. Nothing but Indian restaurants near by within walking distance other than a Subway that was $30 for a sandwich and two drinks. Breakfast was pretty good."
