"I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and...

"The property is well located in Lafayette. There's plenty of parking which is well lit. Breakfast is wholesome and delicious. Dining room is quite big and accommodative. The bathroom in my room needed some attention. It showed its age and needed caulking. The drain was slow in letting water out. I reported it to the receptionist."

"The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout. No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain. No hair conditioner in shower. Shower, dirty, and grimy. Nasty stains on bedspread."

"This property is definitely older the elevator is tiny and dirty, there was only the one so only one family could use it at a time. It creaked and you constantly thought you were going to fall. We tried to eat breakfast but the kitchen staff kicked everyone out at 9:33 am stating the kitchen closed at 9:30 I was mid way cooking my waffle and she threw it away. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was nice and clean."

"The room was a very nice size . Plenty of room for stuff. Tv had local channels. Smell of smoke was very potent! Sheets were clean however, the fridge could have used a wipe down, and the tub. Coffee pot carafe was the wrong size so you can’t actually make coffee, but they did have coffee and condiment's for it. Close to downtown and cajundome. Price was exceptional."
