"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. "I stayed in Room 1 and really enjoyed it — the space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Communication was smooth, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, it still deserves a 5-star rating."

"We had a room on the interior of the 3rd floor so not much of a view but a large skylight with a motor driven shade. It was super cozy and very quiet, and very large. Well appointed with free waters and a Nespresso machine and hot water kettle (and caffeinated and decaf options for coffee and tea). Mini bar, but we didn’t use it. Shower was nice, though slightly hard to keep the water hot. The array for breakfast was so lovely and the staff there and in the hotel was very attentive! Fantastic...

It is a major tourist destination so prices are a bit higher unless you venture outside the old town district. Finding the apartment might be a minor challenge as taxis cannot drive into the square, but the host was quickly available to give us directions to the portal leading to the apartment.
