"The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

"Had a lovely 1 night stay at Balbeggie. Room was lovely with a lovely view out over the garden. Food was delicious with plenty of choice. Fantastic cocktails at a really good price. All staff were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we will be back."

"The B&B is about a 8-10 minute walk from the tram station that runs to & from the airport (the stop closest is Balfour St). Our room was in the lowest floor (below street level), and was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine; plenty of hot water (though the water heater made a loud noise when in use). They provided a bottle of filtered water, chocolate bars, tea and instant coffee, along with a hot pot. I couldn't figure out the TV, so I didn't bother with it; it was...
