"We arrived about 8:30pm and appreciated the open door and easy check-in. The room and beds were very comfortable. The shower was great too! Being at the end of the hall was nice - more private. Breakfast was amazing. We loved the fresh fruit, homemade blueberry muffins, and fresh bread and oatmeal with toppings. Scrambled eggs and toast too. Very comfy stay. We'll be back! Close to The Adirondacks hikes we'd planned."

"We checked in late, and staff seemed to be attending a function or dinner crowd?
He was very friendly and accomodating, but the organization of the establishment was lacking. Didnt know the room, the price, and didnt take my card info.
The suite we reserved appeared to have been given away or unavailable, and we were given the choice of a room w a Sofa bed (that we unfolded and no interest), or a white rugged room that could not be locked from the inside."

"This was such a lovely place. I enjoyed my stay very much, the hosts are so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. Breakfast was so nice and I enjoyed the morning conversations."

"It’s not every day you have the opportunity to stay in accommodations built over 200 years ago! The history of the home was provided in great detail in a binder in our room making our visit that more memorable. Anne and Alan were superb hosts. Their warmth and genuine kindness elevated our stay to a 5 star! Breakfast was amazing in presentation and delicious to our palettes! If we are ever in the area again we will come back to the Pratt Smith House.
