"The reason I gave a four star rating for this hotel is because when you enter, although much of the hotel looks very nice, the carpeting in the hallway are disgusting. When I saw this, it made me really wonder what our room would look like. Thankfully, the room was very nice and had a good view. They need to upgrade their carpeting to keep the hotel I can’t really sharp. They do allow dogs and have certain rooms designated for dogs and others for people without dogs. You need to specify if you do not want a room with dogs."

"It was a great property with the only main downside of not having ramps for rolling in luggage at other doors other than the front. So….if you park close to your room entrance, you can’t roll the cart in. The cleaning crew was very attentive throughout the hotel."

"The hotel is very well located, and the price-to-value ratio is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor inconvenience was the parking. The parking area was quite full, so we had to park in a spot that was a little far from our room. However, the parking was still within the hotel property, so it was not a major issue. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"The place meets minimal expectations. Primarily the room and bed were clean, which is what I needed most. The rest of the building is old (probably built in the '70's) so it shows its age in places. The hallway carpeting on the 2nd floor was pretty stained-up; could use a good shampooing. Not sure how other floors looked. Inside the room there were chips in the bathtub finish and on the floor tile, just due to being old but still usable. Ottoman had shoe stains on it. Otherwise, the room was clean so that's most important. The thing that bothered me most is the room's flooring was fake hardwood. Wasn't most pleasant to step on a cold floor in the morning. Plus I'm sure that fake hardwood doesn't help muffle noises from other rooms. No other guests were obnoxiously loud but I did wake up to my neighbor getting up/scuffling around his-or-her room at 4AM. I'm sure that noise would've been significantly less IF our rooms had carpet in them. But the fake hardwood was clean and dust-free so that's most important! Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, cereals (I had raisin bran), apples, toast, bagles, orange/apple juice dispenser, lemon water, coffee...enough choices to get your day started. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I only contacted them for check-in, later when I couldn't remember my room number, another time when my room card quit working, and check-out; all positive interactions. In all, not the Four Seasons, but worth crashing at for a weekend."
