"Parking was no problem rooms are not what they look like and need major remodeling to fit cleanliness amd even safety standards. If you need a quick place to lay your head thats one thing but if you want a nice place thats another. The only good thing was the staff was very accommodating and helpful with everything. Especially Nicole at front desk she was awesome and fun to talk to."

"The charm of the hotel architecturally is its strong suit and being close and walkable to downtown - unfortunately that’s where the positive review ends. The elevator was not working and it was a tough walking to the second floor - was staying 5 nights and a first floor room was never available. The room was clean but the bathroom a wreak - no toilet paper holder - it looked as if it had been ripped from wall - no place to hang towels and the plastic shower curtain kept falling down as the spring rod seemed gone. The heat and air was temperamental. No refrigeration so had to keep filling my cooler with ice. And this was not hotels fault but the building of the new civic center directly across the street meant every morning at 630am construction noise even on SAT. "

"Nice area close to the cruise port & restaurants. The garage was a bit confusing, and the black lady checking us in was in a hurry - she took the time to explain to the couple in front of us but could not even tell us where the elevator was….maybe she had to go to the restroom SMH! The room was nice & facing the riverfront. Will stay here again. "
