"The free airport shuttle was extremely late. Waited a hour and a half when its supposed to pick up every 30 minutes. The driver was rude and the step getting out of the shuttle was broken and we almost fell. The hotel is under construction and was not notified or informed of this prior to arrival. The two women and the front desk were nice. But will never stay there again. Also saw that the room was almost $100 cheaper but because we already checked in Expedia would not give me w credit for the...

"No staff on site - registration is automated through phone and keypads with codes. Property was clean and spacious. I appreciated the full kitchen and outdoor patio. Location was convenient for my needs."

"Our stay was good. Not great, just good. At checkin, I found out I needed to pay $10 for parking!!! The room was clean, but a little dated, but the price was reasonable. The AC made a loud noise all day and night, and was difficult to manage the temperature. Breakfast was just ok, with a very small area for eating. Bed was very comfortable though. Staff was helpful."

"I arrived at midnight to find a line of people waiting in the lobby, because there was only one employee on the property and he was away from the desk for 30 minutes helping a guest. My non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. My mattress was old and creaky and the springs poked my back. The staff do a good job keeping the place clean, but it is obvious that this property is badly neglected."

"Expedia had this rated excellent at 8/10 - this place is very outdated and dirty. The hallway carpets are disgusting. One bed - the sheets had stains. Pillows were clumpy and lumpy. The continental breakfast was lacking. Honestly, one of worst experiences I've encountered and I'm so frustrated about the excellent rating as that's why I booked."
