"There's no customer service as such. I was received with the question: "do you have a reservation?" To which I replied "yes" and immediately was given the keys to the cabin. When I asked "how do you know I'm the right person? The lady said "There's only one reservation pending to check in". No id requested, no chance to ask about the area.
