"Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean. "

"The room was acceptable, but the property itself was poorly maintained. The shower was broken, and the handwash dispenser had been filled with water. Housekeeping was provided only every three days, and breakfast was included only once for the entire stay, none of which had been mentioned when we booked the hotel.
