When booking, it was incorrectly shown as a 10 minute walk to the haram, it turned out to be a 10 minute drive instead. It does not take five minute's to drive to the centre. It actually takes 12 minutes to drive from the centre. There was nothing superior about the room! It was actually very small. "The hotel is clean, quite, peaceful and economical. It's not really at the same rate as the famous hotels like Hilton yet it has all the necessary things they have. Management is friendly and welcoming and they're there for you with anything you need they can get you and it's not that far from the airport and the prophet's Mosque. "

"Staffs were very helpful. We got a room next to noisy busy street. After raising the issue staff moved into other rooms straightaway. We had two kids and stayed 4 nights. We used our own taxi to move around . We got a recommendation of a great driver who was nice person . Room was spacious. Kettle cord was very inconvenient position, very difficult to use.
