"It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Location was very convenient. Close to Haram, food and transportation. Stayed with family (including kids) and really enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was amazing with several menu options and a panoramic view of Masjid e Nabawi. Staff was very helpful and resolved any issues with housekeeping. Will highly recommend it and would love to stay there again."

"The room was clean and all the staff was extremely courteous. The cleaning and service staff on floor four was very nice and hard working. The hotel is well located and it has fantastic views of the entire masjid complex from the horizon restaurant on the top floor. The breakfast is good value "
