"The room was dirty when we got there. We ask for clean sheets we waited almost an hour for them. Then we put them on ourselves. The room stunk when we got there so we cleaned it ourselves as much as we could. The only staff member that was helpful was Shelly. She was great."

"We stayed on the third floor of the Beach House and were alarmed at all of the outside steps(40!) we had to climb to get to our room. The steps are not covered so it would be harder if it were raining. That said, the kitchenette was small but fine. Bring your own dish detergent, napkins, paper towels, etc. There was no hair dryer. "My family and I love staying here! The rooms are always clean. The staff and their kids are very kind and friendly. The distance from room to the boardwalk/beach is about a 3min walk with kids..super close..the pool was clean and fun for days we didnt go to beach. High recommend…"
