He booked transit passes for our stay, secured dinner reservations at Sky Bistro, and booked our gondola tickets for a great ride to and from our dining option. The rooms have a modern lodge feel, updated finishing and mixed materials give a warm, sophisticated, tranquil, resort feel. The outdoor hot tubs are located in an upper deck terrace...

"Very modern hotel & grand in size. Loved our room very spacious superior queen beds, small kitchenette & large bathroom. Very clean & well appointed. Great views of the mountains. Fantastic Cafe & Restaurant. Gorgeous hot spa pools overlooking the wilderness. Onsite parking both outside & secured inside parking. Highly recommended."

"The roof top hot tub is cool and has questionable sanitary maintenance. The brand new room o stayed in was nice, but worst shower ever. The "cool" shower options resulted in extremely low pressure. Restaurant was good, but overall, not a great stay."

"Part of the problem I had was me. I booked a room through Expedia and didn't notice that they only had one guest down. I booked with the spa package. When my wife and I went to the spa to book a time for the spa we found out that had only said there would be one person in the room so only one spa package. Sent back to check-in we were told by front desk that since it was booked theoughe Xpedia they couldn't help me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told they could do nothing. So...

"Moose Hotel was amazing, from it’s lovely building to the cozy rooms. Spacious, clean, and with a great balcony that allows you to connect with nature. The staff was courteous and proactive. The hot tubs were such a treat! Everything is walking distance from there, so you don’t need to worry about driving and parking. I am definitely going to visit again!"
