"This was the cleanest, kindest, and most efficient hotel I’ve ever stayed at on a budget. I would’ve expected to pay double for such a fantastic place. The hot breakfast was phenomenal, they even have a yogurt dispenser and all sorts of toppings so you can make a parfait. An automated fancy coffee dispenser as well! The airport shuttle arrived very quickly, and the driver was personable, and very professional. I felt very safe on the shuttle and in the hotel, even though I was arriving past...

"Fine for 1 night; but not sure if I would stay longer. Property was under maintenance and back parking lot seemed a bit sketchy. Tiny fitness room had broken glass on the floor. Staff was friendly but asked many more questions than usual at check in (could be because someone was training though). 2/3 of the outlets in the room didn’t work and one that did had a fridge, tv, microwave, and coffee maker all plugged into it (not exactly the safest). "The front desk staff was unfriendly from the time we checked in. The hotel common areas and especially our room was very dirty and run down. There were stains on everything from the walls, furniture, bathtub, and bedding. Our stay was noisy with people running up and down the hallways starting at 2 am through the morning. "

"The room was clean and cozy. Perfect location. The Moxy also has its own bar which is very nice - also offered two free drinks (1 each). Valet parking is offered. There are other nearby parking garages , as well. Only thing that would be extra nice is a breakfast offering , but we did go to the local La Vida cafe for a superb breakfast. Will stay again as the hotel is very nicely done and good location. "

"Hotel smells like Indian spices. Broken Amenities. In the breakfast menu Entrée are kept behind the shelf and there is a lady who remains hidden in the kitchen and comes out once in a while to ask if anyone needs anything. Bad tasting coffee. It still somehow manages to get good ratings on Expedia. But how? I would have never chosen this hotel if it matches to its actual rating which should be no more than 5. But somehow it has a rating of 7.8"

"I checked in with my family to find the parking lot with a homeless encampment in the bushes and another person living in his car. Our room smelled of urine and marijuana and my son’s room had been smoked in. These were non smoking rooms. So we never stayed and left and went to another hotel."

"It was really sketchy feeling when people living there are roaming the halls and making interesting noises in the night. Seemed like a halfway house hotel. Not going to lie! I walked into my room when I first got there and there was a nasty smell in the room which did not go away the entire stay. I decided to room with my friend at her hotel bc of how creepy it felt. Not a recommendation for anyone to go there. I did not feel comfortable! The breakfast sucked too and was completely under done!...
