"Excellent"

"Everything was very good, food great, breakfast great, staff very helpful and friendly, room, bathroom and bedroom clean, warm and comfortable, pet friendly only thing we think £20 per dog per night is expensive, but other than that brilliant,"

"A throughly good stay in this beautiful location."

"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was fantastic easy parking, and great facilities with comfortable rooms and good WIFI, would return in the future"

"The hotel was beautiful and our room was large. We got here early and our room was ready but they asked for a £20 fee to go in early … we couldn’t understand that . Apart from that all was good . Nice continental breakfast."

"Loved atmosphere around old station, breakfast room and pullman dining car/accomodation"

"Very convenient for LGW south terminal. The discount at Wetherspoons was appreciated."

The decor is a little old but the room was clean and the staff were very helpful with supplying extra water, coffee pods and other supplies as needed. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, however "Bills" is situated within the hotel building and serves typical...
