"Rooms were spacious and clean. I arrived well after the check in time listed on Expedia but staff was able to assist me with the self check in process (which was a little confusing). There’s always something going on at this place-and everyone is incredibly friendly. Mark the bartender is fantastic and remembered my name and my drink every time he saw me. We stayed for a dance competition at the World Congress Center and found this hotel in comfortable walking distance and very reasonably priced (especially considering the value it provided). I’ll definitely plan on staying again next time I’m in the vicinity. Do be aware that the top floor has loud parties on the weekend until the wee hours. Earplugs are provided and worked quite well on the one night it was an issue. I’d think this would be assumed because it’s a Hard Rock, but it’s worth stating. "

"Room smelled like smoke when we first arrived. It wasn't suffocating so I didn't have to change rooms. Front desk lady did her best to get us in a room because they canceled our previous room. I was under the impression we wouldn't be charged until we checked in , but she explained they do a pre authorization before we arrive. Guess what my card was locked. I appreciate her so much. We didn't get to eat breakfast because they start at 6am but that bacon smell was music to my nose. Beds were comfortable and would definitely return. "

"The room was clean and well-stocked. Every employee was friendly and helpful. Only one gripe. The front desk was very slow in checking people in. I think it's their system. "

"Clean rooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were flying out of Atlanta in the early hours. Asked the shuttle driver for a ride to the airport. He said they only do domestic shuttles. But drove us to international anyway. I think he knew we were stressed out. Great staff"
