"Hot water did not work on the first night. Only got $150 in drinks coupons, which I used to bathe my child. All I wanted was to take a hot shower. Instead I took the coldest shower of my life. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

So I requested it. But they still didn’t show up. Had to ask for my own towels. And had to ask them to empty the bathroom trashcan. Got attitude from the manager. Told the housekeeper herself but was still a no-show."
