"The Warwick is an excellent option for a midtown stay at a reasonable price. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was well equipped and comfortable. My only suggestion is that the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. I can’t say it’s a five star experience because I had an inside room with only a view of the other side of the building, but it’s a very solid four star experience."

"The room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. I didn’t interact much with the staff, but I do wish I had been told about the parking arrangement with Icon beforehand—I only found out at checkout and ended up paying more for parking somewhere else. I also wasn’t informed about any of the amenities, which would’ve been helpful during my stay. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was very kind and did a great job keeping the room clean and taking out the trash. I accidentally left my laptops in the room and everything was exactly where I left it when I returned, which I really appreciated. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay, but better communication would make a big difference."
