Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!!

"The location of this retreat is very nice and not far from KOA airport. We arrived the airport at later night but able to check in our room smoothly. Really appreciate the flexibility it offers. "The benefits were great. The facility has some of the best ocean facing rooms. We had an issue with the original room but after we reported noise, the staff (Sally) went above and beyond to resolve our issue. We were assigned to one of the best rooms at the resort. The V47 lounge benefits really met all our food needs. We had breakfast and evening snacks. Along with the $50 credit a day covered most food needs. Overall the best stay at Hawai’i!"

"The view was amazing and the condo had a large lanai with comfortable furniture to enjoy it. Everything was clean, and well stocked, including the kitchen for cooking meals. The building itself is a bit dated, but the condo was comfortable and the bedding, towels, etc. all felt fairly new. There was no AC, but the fans helped keep the temperature comfortable. "
