"Right on the beach. I had the easiest check in ever.,, took about 5 minutes. Room was beautiful. Maid service everyday kept things tidy. Friendly staff. Right between Algiers (Gulfside city beach) and Tarpon beach. We found so many shells… saw starfish… Dolphins everyday toward Tarpon Beach. Just a great experience all around"

"The grounds and pool are beautiful and the room was spacious and clean. Every staff member we interacted with, even just walking past, was friendly. Unfortunately, when we checked in for our 5 night stay, that we booked through Expedia, we were told they didn't have our reservation. This somehow became our fault. The manager, Armando, was brought to the front to resolve the issue. Armando should not be in a customer service role because we found him to be rude and unhelpful. We sat in the...

"The cottage was well stocked with all we needed. It was also immaculate with a lovely garden. The beach was a 5 minute walk."

"We had a beach view and it was lovely. We would sit outside for our morning coffee and the view was lovely. I think I was most impressed with the front desk. I regret forgetting his name but he was so informative with every question we had. It was such a wonderful time and looking forward to our next get away."

"Everything was fine except the first room they gave us was with cockroaches dead like 7 or 8 but we went back to the lobby and they were very nice and change our room. The other thing that we didn’t like was the beds, they are extremely hard. Everything else was fine. Very familiar and relaxing."
