"I loved the environment. There was food everywhere my favorite was the a la carte option by the swim up pool. Only thing I didn’t like was that the Spa services was an extra charge in Euros. Also make sure you have AirTags in luggage as my luggage was lost in Frankfurt for a day which made my experience a little sour. But overall very nice place. Lovely lovely resort. The staff are very helpful especially Bilal the server. It was an amazing experience will def come back. "

"Overall experience was good, enjoyed staying here. We had the apartment which is just away from the main building, looked like a block of flats. Our light outside the room didn't work, asked reception a couple of times and it was fixed. Room was fine, plenty of space but expected a bin in the room and not just in the toilets. "Die Anlage ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber lässt sich immernoch sehen. Pools waren fantastisch, die Kinder hatten eine riesige Freude. Das Essen ist für die Masse ausgerichtet aber Okay. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Die Klimaanlage spinnte sehr häufig, wurde aber vom Personal sofort repariert."

"The resort in itself is amazing and really huge. The only problem is with transportation if you wish to explore outside the resort. The reception would book you a yellow cab if you need which is ok. But the taxi guys charge you what they want and they only accept cash. And if you are looking to book an Uber none of them would accept since there seems to be a lobby for all taxis and they won't accept any Uber requests from this area."

Great food selection, beautiful beach (with awesome shuttle/boat services), plenty of kids facilities, awesome water park with many many slides, amazing scenery, beautiful rooms, great and nice staff, the steam and ice rooms were just amazing, etc. Cons: the game room (whatever they called it) had a decent selection of games especially for kids but when the demand was low (I.e. Morning, they'd randomly shut off games and would say they're broken only to be turned back...
