"This hotel was one of eight I stayed at during a 12-day rail trip across England. I specifically chose properties near train lines as the entire journey was by rail. Of the eight hotels, this was the most expensive and the worst overall; I've travelled to Oxford a number of times, and will not return to this hotel. Amenities: No reliable hot water—the shower was warm for ~2 minutes then turned cold. I was told issue had been fixed, but received no response when I asked what the root cause was...
