"Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer mit Klimanlage. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gegenüber ist direcjr ein Pub mit großem Außenbereich. Parkplätze leider nicht direcjt vor der Tür aber in kurzer Gehdisranz."

The windows only open an inch or so, and while that allowed in the noise from the bar courtyard below, it did nothing to alleviate the heat. The staff did provide a fan when asked. Otherwise, I would not have been able to sleep at all. Bottom line, avoid Malmaison when the weather is hot."

"Red Mullions Guest House genuinely feels like a home away from home. Reception was warm and inviting-room was clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient in Oxford (there is a bus stop across the street!) but quiet enough to be away from the heart of Oxford (which is a short bus ride away). Free WiFi, basic toiletries provided, blow dryer, and clothes iron available upon request. Continental breakfast is free I think if you book with them directly otherwise it’s £12.5 pp. I loved the...

"We REALLY appreciated the air conditioning, since we were there during the heatwave. The location was convenient to the train, and there is a delightful cafe staffed by adults with cognitive disabilities nearby (Yellow Submarine). The shower didn’t quite work the first night and the only person on staff was a sweet trainee who tried to fix it, but she wasn’t able to; it would have been helpful to have someone else on staff. We enjoyed our stay overall!"
