"A most enjoyable stay , shame it was only for one night"

"The property was on a quiet street but near a main road with restaurants, a Tesco and a Boots nearby. Our room was renovated with a beautiful bathroom with monogrammed towels and bedding. The doors were activated by a key code given at check-in. Staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful three night stay."

"Very easy to find the property, easy self check in instructions. Great recommendations given for near by places for food and drink. Clean room and comfy bed. Only down point to the room is a floor piece trim could be put down between bedroom and bathroom due to the different height of flooring it’s a toe stubber opportunity. "The bed was broken or not put together. We spent all night putting the bed back together. It was apparently two single beds. It was a nightmare as my daughter had exams needed a good nights sleep. I told them that before we arrived. There was mould on the shower . I am asthmatic!Strange staircase which did not help my mobility issues. All night people walking and partying Above and keeping us awake all night! My daughter went to the exam with 2 hours sleep and failed the exam. All of the above...

"6月の暑い日でもエアコンと冷蔵庫があり快適に過ごせた。部屋は清潔でシャワー、トイレ、洗面台のお湯、水はしっかり水量があり、排水も問題ない。但し、奥の窓の巻上げ式カーテンは巻き上げても左側しかカーテンが上がらず斜めになった。よく見てみると糸が切れていたので取りあえず結んで使用した。また浴室のドアも完全に閉まらなかった。これらの不備を除けば満足できるホテルだった。"
