The rooms and service were great, and the location right on the water in downtown Manteo was perfect. Manteo has a charming downtown that offers plenty of shops and attractions without feeling too touristy. "The rooms were basic, which was fine for a crew of guys but basic things lacked like the toilets did not flush in one of the two rooms booked. The coffee pot didn’t work. The doors to the rooms also didn’t shut properly without force and if it was not locked from the inside they could be easily pushed opened. "
