"Very friendly staff. Clean room, check in process digitized with StayMyWay app. Located in the heart of Madrid city center."

"Clean, open air, fair and great location and communication -- no issues."

"Great stay!! Bed was comfy and great location"

"I had a wonderful stay at Habitaciones Figueroa! The room and property were very clean and comfortable. The management and staff were very nice and helpful and the building is in a great location in the city. I really enjoyed staying there and I will definitely go back on my next visit to Madrid!"

"The apartment was a bit dirty and had maintenance items, like doors and wooden panels, behind the sofa in the living room, which was unappealing. There was also considerable damage to the shower doors, room doors, and the walls of the apartment. In my opinion, they should perform a general maintenance check before renting out the property. On the positive side, the location was in the heart of Madrid, with almost all tourist attractions within walking distance."

"Bedding wasn't clean on my arrival. To be fair they sorted it quickly once reported. Bathroom and kitchen was clean. Annoying that the cleaner washes the sheets in the kitchen as I had to listen to a washing machine for 2 hours when I wanted to relax. Area is dangerous at night. I was assaulted by a patron of the bar across the road. late at night when walking past."

"My apartment was a converted loft area. If you are tall you hit your head on the ceiling. It is a well equipped apartment and clean. Good Metro connections lines 1/2 on the door step. Overall good value for money for short stays"

"Muy bien ubicada, segura, pero faltó algo de limpieza y fumigación en la habitación"

"Mycket bra läge och nära till de flesta sevärda gator/ områden/ ställen/ restauranger osv.. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd."

"ubicacion perfecta"
