"This is our go to place to stay when visiting family in the Minden/Gardnerville area. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There are 2 restaurants and a quick cafe, all of which we use when staying. Of course there is the casino and this past stay we were treated to a fantastic symphony outside. All of the staff are amazing, especially “Fe” in the quick cafe! There is a pool, hot tub and seating areas inside and outside that are wonderful. The parking is plentiful even during busy...

"The staff did not speak English very well or clearly. The "free" breakfast had been discontinued and the pool was closed for refurbishing. The security bolt on the inside of the door was "broken." The room coffee maker was "dirty" or stained so we did not use it. Very disappointed. During the booking process through Expedia, the hotel web page did not say that the free breakfast or that the pool were no longer available to customers."

"With all the money you guys want to charge for staying the night you would want to have clean respectable rooms and customer service. We work on the roads around you and work night shift"

"Convenient location on Lake Tahoe Blvd & easy parking. Rooms have been nicely renovated, but definitely use the earplugs provided as the street noise and any talking from the adjoining rooms is quite loud. Mattress a bit on the firm side if that’s not your thing."

"Unit was clean but the pool outside the rooms was covered with a tarp that had water in it with algae growing. It was pretty disgusting. But our stay was good and the hotel served its purpose well."

"Requested a handicapped room and was not given one. Ended up slipping and falling in the shower. Overall was just ok. Wish the would have payed attention to the request for handicap accessibility."
