"A lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings, the staff were amazing so friendly welcoming & helpful. The hotel offers a few nice touches such as a packed lunch as well as welcoming drinks in your room. Our room was in a separate building, it was spacious & comfortably equipped if a little dated, our only issue was the intrusive noise from the room above, it was only a minor problem & we would happily stay here again"

"Me, my mum, and my little dog had a lovely stay in the peaceful village of Hartington. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.
We stayed in Room 1, which was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views over the village and surrounding countryside were beautiful and made our stay even more special.
One thing to bear in mind is that on Sundays the pub closes at 7pm, and there isn’t anywhere else open to eat. We enjoyed a...

"The hotel is fabulous, the staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are clean and luxurious. The only thing that could be improved is to fit air conditioning in the rooms. At night the room became quite stuffy and it's not possible to open patio doors at night. Apart from that - amazing"
