"The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The building is beautiful and attractive. I last stayed there in 1976 and it has changed a lot. The rooms are now all en-suite, which wasn't the case 49 years ago. The room in which I stayed was fantastically quiet and the bathroom was beautiful! There was a bath with a shower over and both were fabulous. I also loved the scent in the hair and body wash that was provided. "I loved having a bath to soak in after my long journey. The staff are friendly and efficient, the food great, the room neat and tidy and a good size. I'm definitely coming back here. "

"Convenient location in the middle of town but no parking facility..Public car parking 100 metres away.
Bedroom noisy up to 23.00 due to karaoke in bar downstairs.
Very friendly and attentive staff and food choice and quality was excellent - best barbecued ribs I have had in a long time.

"Wonderful family room. Spacious and very clean. Lovely touch we the activity packs for the children. Staff were lovely, attentive and friendly. I could not fault the hotel. Wonderful!"
